Is there a free trial available?

Yes, there is a one month free trial for any of the plans listed above. You can evaluate the product free for 30 days.

Can I upgrade to another plan at any time?

Yes, you can reach out and initate an upgrade any time via email or chat. If applicable, we will issue a refund for the unused portion of your bill, or a pro-rated credit.

Which date will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the one month or one year anniversary of your initial payment, usually on the same day of the month. Contact us if you have any questions!

Is support included in the plan?

Yes, email and chat support is included with each plan, and is available during normal business hours, M-F (excluding holidays). Please note that support may not always be available due to differences in timezones.

Can I be billed using my local currency?

No, we only bill in United States Dollars. However, most international payments can be processed via our credit card processor, Stripe, regardless of this.
